All products listed above may either be sent in for repair or exchanged for a refurbished product of the same model (subject to availability).  Please note: Refurbished Auto ID Terminals have been used and may have holes drilled for mounting that do not align with your mounting hardware. These holes will have to be sealed (if not utilized) to protect the terminal from damage due to inclement weather.
