JWS is proud to offer Apex Basics V3 at its offices in Kansas City. This class will cover daily operations both at the scale and in the office. We will concentrate on the suite of functions needed for daily operations for current Apex users or new hires. This class is hands on and will be taught in Apex V3. Discussions will be geared toward end to end processing from Quote to Order setup, ticketing, invoicing and reporting. New features in Version 3 will also be discussed such as setting up fuel surcharges, Data Replication advances and new posting journals. This is an excellent opportunity to see and use Apex Version 3 in a lab setting. Space for this class is limited to the first ten individuals who sign up. Computers and lunch will be provided each day.

February 10-12, 2009 - Advanced Apex & Crystal Reports
JWS will host a three day training session for advanced Apex users at its offices in Kansas City. Days one and two are designed for JWS Administrators and will focus on security setup within Apex, program restriction, custom screens and advanced secondary searches. We will explore real world scenarios that require tighter security implementation. Other topics will include locating lost or hidden records, how to access and interpret log files as well as new program features. Day three will consist of training on the use of Crystal Reports. This is a third-party application that may be used to modify existing Apex reports and forms or create custom reports based on data in the Apex system. Computers and lunch will be provided each day. Space for this class is limited to the first ten individuals so sign up early to reserve your seat!
